Ways to pay your bill (credit billed customers)

We offer a number of ways for you to pay your bill. 

To pay online, you can do this via our customer portal, my insite, or through online banking. You can even set up a Direct Debit up through my insite to remove the hassle of monthly payments.

If you prefer to pay your bill in person, please visit your nearest Payzone SuperAgent or Post Office.

Pay by Direct Debit

If you choose to set up a Direct Debit with us, you can choose between two options. 

A variable Direct Debit will take a payment equalling the bill value each month from your chosen payment card. If you have debt, the outstanding amount will be added to your first payment.

A payment plan allows you to select a 3, 6, 9 or 12 monthly fixed amount to pay off your debt. A variable amount equalling the value of your monthly bill will be added each month as well.

If you would like to pay by Direct Debit, please create an account on or log in to your my insite account, and select 'Direct Debit' set up on the homepage. 

Pay online

You can pay your bill online through my insite. Simply create an account by entering your 8-digit account number found on the top right corner of your bill. Afterwards, you'll be able select the amount you’d like to pay using our secure payment portal, which will take payment from either a debit or credit card.

Pay via a standing order or Faster Payments 

If you prefer, you can set up a standing order or pay using Faster Payments directly from your bank account. 

To do so, please use your bank's instructions. You will need to provide the below information when asked. Your 8-digit account number can be found on the top right corner of your bill.

Pay with Payzone

You can also pay your bill in person at any shop that displays the Payzone logo. You will be able to pay over the counter using cash, credit or debit card. Please remember to take your bill along with you, as you will be asked for the barcode printed on your bill.

Pay at the Post Office

You can also make a payment using cash, debit or credit card by taking your bill to any Post Office. Please remember to take your bill along with you, as you will be asked for the barcode printed on your bill.

Pay over the phone

If you are a vulnerable customer and need some extra support, you can also pay your bill over the phone by calling the dedicated customer service number for your development. Our Customer Service team can take payment over the phone from your debit or credit card.

The dedicated customer service team number for your building can be found on the 'My development' section. We are on hand Monday–Friday from 9am to 8.30pm, and 9am to 5.30pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and bank holidays.

Important

It is important that you pay your bills promptly each month. Your heat provider has instructed us to issue debt management letters if you do not pay on time.


If you don’t make full payments to us each month, you may be breaching the lease agreement you have with your heat provider. This may lead to enforcement action being taken against you.


If you are having any difficulty paying your bills, you should contact us as soon as possible.
